Sylvia’s New Children’s Book Series

Sylvia Fletcher is a professional ventriloquist who performs under the name of Sylvia Markson. She started in ventriloquism at the age of six, and her early heroes were Sesame Street, the legendary Paul Winchell, and the charming Shari Lewis. This book is based on one of her earliest performances in front of her elementary school class.<br /> A native of Los Angeles, Sylvia now lives in Ballston Spa, NY. She presents hundreds of shows a year with the characters who live in The Magic Trunk. She has entertained thousands of adults and children all over the world. Her love of performing for children inspired her to write this book.<br /> "The Adventures of Sylvie & The Magic Trunk" is the first in a series of books about Sylvie, the young girl who learns to use her special talent for ventriloquism to make people happy.
